Somebody say BACON?
This is my dazzling final product for our buffet. I cut the bacon the same thickness, tempered the milk chocolate for better snap and non-meltey-ness, and drizzled white chocolate on last. Let the whole thing set in the cooler, place them neatly on a silver platter and, voila! The Best Thing Ever.
